Tickets exchange service

You can exchange your tickets for any other show, if there are tickets available. This service is offered by entradas.comyou can check terms and manage it here.

Requirements for a ticket change service are:

  • You must change your ticket at least three days before the show date
  • You must choose the same number of seats or more than the original purchase.
  • You must choose the same or a superior category of seats than the original purchase.

Where and when can I buy my tickets?

You can get your tickets at the moment they are available at web, or by phone call at the number 902 488 488 Mondays to Sundays from 10:00 to 21:00. You can also buy your tickets in other authorized outlets. At the moment you can leave your data in the web’s form and you will be informed via email of the exact date when you can buy your tickets.

How will I recieve my tickets?

You will get your tickets for MALINCHE El Musical at the email you have used throught the on line purchase process

Which are the official sales channels?

The official sales channels are our web, the theatre’s box office,, FNAC, Correos and the authorised travel agencies. Resale channels as Viagogo, Stubhub o Ticketbis are not official channels. We recommend you not to buy your tickets at these platforms as they can’t guarantee your access to the show.

Are there any sanitary measures? Is it safe to go to a show at our theatre?

In MALINCHE The Musical we care for the security and health of all the members of our audience and our staff. This is why we take all the protection and sanitary measures required by the law to assure your total security and health.

Can I buy ticktes and give them away to someone else as a gift?

Of course you can. All the staff of MALINCHE The Musical want our show to become the best gift. Tickets are bearer and anyone submiting official tickets at the entrance the day of the show can come in.

How far in advance do I have to buy my tickets?

We recmomend to buy your tickets as son as possible so you can get the best seats.

What is the price of the tickets and the show schedule?

Price of the tickets depends on seat location, date and time of the show. You can check the price as soon as the tickets are available for sale.

What are the management fees included on the ticket?

Management fees is the amount that sales channels charge for the management and issuance of the tickets and are not included in the basic price of the ticket.

What happens if I lose my tickets?

If you lose your tickets before the date of the show we recommend you to contact as soon as possible the sale channel where you bought them in order to cancel them and find a satisfactory solution. As tickets are bearer and not nominative, anyone submitting official tickets at the entrance the day of the show can use them instead of you.

Are there any group tickets?

Of course. We consider you are a group from 10 people and we offer you special prices and terms. We have a special team to manage your group ticket sales that you can contact at the number 902 488 488, through the folllowing form ( or via email

Are there tickets for reduced mobility people?

If you want to buy tickets for people with reduced mobility please call 902 488 488 and select option 3 or contact management via email With the ticket you will have to submit official documentation to certify the special mobility conditions for which you have been asigned that seat in an specific location. Poelple that can’t certify their condition will not acces to the show with this kind of ticket even if they have bought them. People accompayning persons with reduced mobility should buy their own ‘Companion ticket’ by phone.
The companions of people with reduced mobility must also buy the ticket called "Companion Ticket" by phone.

Do minor kids have to buy a ticket to see the show?

Yes, spectators from all ages must buy a ticket to enjoy the show. Although children of any age are allowed to enjoy MALINCHE The Musical we recommend bringing children from six years and older.

If the same day of the show I can’t go ¿Is it possible to change my tickets for another date or time?

Changing or returning tickets is not allowed. You can change yor tickets three days before the date of show you bought (check terms and conditions).

Can I have dinner or a snack?

Of course, Malinche is much more than just a musical and your experience starts two hours before the show begins in LOS JARDINES DE MËXICO (The Mexican gardens): tacos, beers and snacks ¡Come and take your time to enjoy the complete Malinche Experience! You can check timetables at the Templo Canalla área.

And what can we do after the show?

There are lots of things to enjoy after the show. At The Templo Canalla you can have dinner, dance to our DJS, and hear our cast perform songs created exlcusively for our Karaoke and enjoy the best street food , drinks and cocktails. 

Is it an all ages experience?

Yes it's an experience full of magic and fun for all ages but we recommend bringing children from six years and older.

How long is the musical?

Son 2 actos, de 1 hora y 15 minutos aproximadamente cada uno de ellos. Y entre medios hay un descanso de unos 25 minutos.
